Bloom

An 8-week program for women navigating perimenopause and beyond.

Find the calm, confidence, and clarity to focus on what truly matters — and feel like yourself again

Your 40s and 50s can be a time of profound change. You may feel overwhelmed, exhausted, or like you’re constantly putting yourself last while you manage work, family, and aging parents. You may have noticed weight gain, disrupted sleep, low energy, or mood swings that leave you feeling unlike yourself. Brain fog, changing priorities, and hormonal shifts can make it harder to feel in control of your health — even when you deeply want to.

If this sounds familiar, Bloom offers a path forward.

This 8-week health coaching program is designed for women at midlife who want to feel better physically and mentally, and make meaningful changes that last. You won’t be doing this alone — you’ll join a small, supportive group of women who are navigating similar experiences. Together, you’ll share, learn, and support one another as you move towards lasting wellbeing.

Throughout the program, you’ll focus on strategies that are proven to support your health during perimenopause, menopause, and beyond. Together, we’ll cover:

  • Nutrition, movement, sleep, stress management, and other healthy lifestyle behaviours — all backed by evidence and tailored to support your body’s changes and your long-term health.

  • How to apply these strategies in ways that suit your individual goals and circumstances, so the changes feel realistic, achievable, and sustainable.

  • A strengths-based approach, helping you build self-awareness, draw on what’s already working, and gain confidence in your ability to create change.

  • Building habits that last, so you can move beyond short-term fixes and create a foundation for lifelong wellbeing.

Bloom isn’t about chasing unrealistic ideals. It’s about gaining knowledge, developing new habits, and overcoming the challenges that can so easily derail your best intentions — with compassionate guidance and the encouragement of women who truly understand.

What You Can Expect from Bloom

Bloom begins with a full-day workshop in a beautiful, welcoming venue — a chance to step away from daily demands and focus on yourself. You’ll gain practical, science-backed knowledge about how nutrition, movement, sleep, stress management, and other key behaviours can support your health at midlife. You’ll enjoy a delicious, healthy lunch, and engage in gentle movement to stay alert and comfortable. This isn’t about “sweaty exercise” — it’s a retreat-like experience where you’ll reconnect with what matters most. You’ll leave feeling refreshed, motivated, and equipped with tools you can start using right away.

Over the following 8 weeks you will implement your personal action plan and take part in weekly small-group coaching sessions, where you can share your experiences, talk through challenges, and find solutions that feel right for you — all in a supportive, non-judgemental space.

We finish with a half-day celebration workshop, where you’ll reflect on your progress, recognise your achievements, and set yourself up to continue your journey beyond the program.

FAQs

  • Bloom is for women in their 40s and 50s who want to take a fresh, evidence-based approach to their health and wellbeing. It’s especially relevant if you’re struggling with the challenges of perimenopause or menopause, and are ready to create positive, sustainable changes with expert guidance and the support of a like-minded group.

  • Not at all. Bloom is not a fitness program, and no specific fitness level is required. The strategies we explore can be adapted to suit your individual circumstances.

  • Bloom isn’t a quick-fix or short-term weight loss program — but many women do find that, as they build healthier habits, they start to notice positive changes in body composition, including fat loss. The focus is on developing sustainable behaviours that support your long-term health and wellbeing, rather than chasing a number on the scale.

  • Bloom is intentionally kept to a maximum of 8 people to foster connection, trust, and meaningful support. You’ll be part of a group of women at a similar life stage, creating a safe and welcoming space to share and learn together.

  • We understand that life is busy, and sometimes things come up. While we encourage you to attend all sessions to get the most from the program, we’ll do our best to support you if you need to miss one. We won’t let missing one or two sessions get in the way of you making real progress.

  • If you need to cancel your place in Bloom, we completely understand that sometimes circumstances change.

    • Cancellations made up to 7 days before the program starts will receive a full refund.

    • Cancellations within 7 days of the first workshop may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the program fee to cover costs already committed.

    • If you cancel once the program has commenced, no refund will be issued.

That said, we aim to be fair and compassionate. If something exceptional happens that’s beyond your control, please get in touch — we’ll always do our best to work with you.
