If you’ve noticed your body changing during perimenopause—like gaining weight more easily, a thickening around your middle, or just feeling like things aren’t responding the way they used to—you’re not imagining it. These shifts in body composition are common, and they can feel frustrating or even confronting. This workshop is here to help you understand what’s happening beneath the surface, and what you can do about it.
Hormonal changes during perimenopause affect everything from where your body stores fat to how your metabolism functions. But the impact is more than just physical. For many women, these changes can affect confidence, identity, and their relationship with their body. This workshop offers a space to unpack those changes with compassion, curiosity, and clarity.
You’ll gain a clearer picture of how perimenopause is showing up for you—because every woman’s experience is different. We’ll explore the challenges you’re facing in the context of your real life: your routines, your responsibilities, and the things that matter most to you. You’ll be supported to reflect, learn, and take away realistic strategies that work in the context of your world.
This workshop offers space for learning, connection, and support—helping you feel clearer, more in control, and more confident as you care for your health through this phase of life.

This workshop is for women who are in perimenopause or early post-menopause—typically anywhere from their late 30s to mid-50s. If you're noticing changes in your body and wondering whether they could be related to this phase of life, you're likely in the right place. You don’t need a formal diagnosis or to have everything figured out—just a curiosity to understand what’s going on and how to support yourself through it.

This workshop is designed specifically for women experiencing perimenopause and the changes that come with it. To create a supportive and safe space where women feel comfortable sharing their experiences, attendance is limited to women only.
If you’re a trans man, non-binary, or gender-diverse person experiencing perimenopausal symptoms, we warmly invite you to get in touch. We’d be happy to discuss how we can best support you in another way that feels right for you.

No, this isn’t a structured weight loss program. While we’ll talk about the factors that influence body composition during perimenopause, and you may take away strategies that support positive change, we won’t be prescribing specific diets or exercise plans. The focus is on understanding what’s happening in your body and exploring realistic, sustainable ways to support your health and confidence.

Not at all. This workshop is designed to be accessible and relevant whether you're new to thinking about these topics or you've been exploring them for a while.

This is an educational workshop, not an exercise session. However, we may include a few short movement breaks to help keep you alert and comfortable throughout the day. There’s no need to wear exercise gear, but we do recommend dressing in comfortable clothes that allow you to move easily.

We get it—life happens. If you need to cancel, you’ll get a full refund with 7 days’ notice, or a 50% refund if you let us know between 48 hours and 7 days before the workshop. Refunds are generally not available for cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice, but you’re welcome to get in touch if something unexpected comes up.
